Procedure
Five Monkeys uses flexible rates for any situation from design-build to restaurant turnarounds. In any case, we will start out with the following COMPLETELY FREE step by step evaluation process:

Call with client to discuss overall project needs.

Off-Site meeting to discuss the validity of the project

Two-hour on-site evaluation of operations.

Written assessment and plan of action.
Pricing
Should we agree that we are a good fit for one another, we will look at your budget to maximize our effect on your restaurant using our standard scale:

Our Hourly Rate is $45 per hour with a minimum of 10 hours.

Opening Week Rate is $40 per hour with a minimum of 30 hours per week for two weeks. First impressions are critical, so let us be that extra set of experienced hands that catch those things that fall through the cracks.

Design-Build Rate will be based on the scope and starting point of the project.

Weekly Coaching & Update Calls with Monthly Visits - $200 per month with a two-month minimum.
