Since Boulanger opened the first restaurant with his “Restorative Broths”, our industry has always been tumultuous as new trends, technology, and dining habits are constantly changing. These challenges have been compounded by health guidelines over the last two years, and not everyone made it through. And, many of the best are still in the fight of their lives.

Now that the dust has begun to clear from COVID, the industry has awoken to find the landscape very different than it was just two years ago. In addition to the expected changes to our industry, many of the basics that restaurants have relied upon have been thrown into disarray as well. Rapid shifts in consumer behavior, supply chain inefficiencies, inflation, and technologies are forcing restaurant and bar owners to reinvent every facet of the business.

• We have an affordable hourly rate (listed), but we will NEVER bill you for the full time. We truly believe that all projects deserve a discount because we will learn from you too.

• We will NOT turn you down due to project size. Do you want to take an evening off, and have no one you can trust to manage your facility? No worries…We do that!
